Limerick poem

Hey, bloggers, this is my limerick that I wrote it is kinda a silly one so here it is:
The cat had a friend rat
Who always sat on the mat
They both sneaked cheese
But never asked, please
So they both got real fat
What sought of limerick would you come up with?????

    Great rhyming in your limerick Ariella-Brooke. It is silly but that is what it is supposed to be!! I really like the photo of the cat & the mouse, very cute.

    Ka pai Ariella-Brooke! The picture gave me a fright because I thought the cat would eat the rat! Thank goodness your poem started by telling us they were friends - phew. Super rhyming and a fun poem - good job!

    Kia ora Ariella. Great job on the limerick! You have followed the format of a limerick perfectly and it flows well. I like the supporting picture too. Kapai. You should check out some of the other Room 6 (and Kauri) blogs to see their limericks!
